Aston Martin's New CEO, Rimac's Robot Taxi Automotive News Headlines

Something has changed at Aston Martin. Aston Martin today named Adrian Hallmark, current CEO of Bentley, as its new CEO. He succeeds Ferrari veteran Amedeo Felisa.

Rimac also made headlines today with the news that the company plans to unveil a hatchback-like vehicle on June 26. It is not a new hot hatch like the recently unveiled Rivian R3X, but rather a vehicle for a robotic cab service that Rimac plans to launch by 2026.

Mercedes-Benz AMG appears to be preparing a new version of its GT coupe that will retain the V-8 engine but will not be electrified; a prototype of the new version, which may be badged GT 63 S, has been spotted; it is believed to be the first car to be built with a V-8 engine.
